घोषणापत्र
घोषणापत्र
सार्वजनिक रूप से अपने सिद्धान्तों एवं इरादों (नीति एवं नीयत) को प्रकट करना घोषणापत्र (manifesto') कहलाता है। इसका स्वरूप प्रायः राजनीतिक होता है किन्तु यह जीवन के अन्य क्षेत्रों से भी सम्बन्धित हो सकता है।
चुनावी घोषणापत्र
कुछ संसदीय लोकतांत्र की व्यवस्था वाले देशों में राजनैतिक दल चुनाव के कुछ दिन पहले अपना घोषणापत्र प्रस्तुत करते हैं। इन घोषणापत्रों में इन बातों का उल्लेख होता है कि यदि वे जीत गये तो नियम-कानूनों एवं नीतियों में किस तरह का परिवर्तन करेंगे। घोषणापत्र पार्टियों की रणनीतिक दिशा भी तय करते हैं।
