कल्पेन सुरेश मोदी (जन्म अप्रैल 23, 1977) वा कल पेन, एक अमेरिकी अभिनेता, निर्माता, व राजनैतिक कार्यकर्ता है।
उनका प्रमुख पात्र वाला चलचित्र इस प्रकार है-नेसनल लॅम्पूनस भॅन वाइल्डर, हॅरोल्ड एंड कुमार गो टु व्हाइट कॅसल, द नेमसेक, इपिक मुभी और हॅरोल्ड एंड कुमार एस्केप फ्रम गुआन्टानामो बे। इनका टॅलिभिजन पात्र में 24 सिजन 6 और अभी हाउस धारावाहिक में लरेन्स कट्नर का पात्र है।

पेन एक शाकाहारी है, अतः, हॅरोल्ड एंड कुमार गो टु व्हाइट कॅसल में प्राविधिककर्मीयौं नें उन्हे हॅमबर्गर के जगह सॉय पॅटिज दिया था।[1]
वेह बाराक ओबामा के भिडियो "Sí Se Puede Cambiar" (Andres Useche द्वारा निर्मित) में भी दिखते है। पेन ओबामा के निर्वाचन में ओबामा समर्थक के रूप में क्रियाशील थे[2]।
