नीचे 2018 तक इंटर्नेट उपभोक्ताओं की संख्या के अनुसार देशों की सूची दी गई है। इंटरनेट उपभोक्ताओं को ऐसे व्यक्तियों के रूप में परिभाषित किया जाता है जिन्होंने पिछले 12 महीनों में मोबाइल फोन और टैबलेट समेत किसी भी उपकरण से इंटरनेट का उपयोग किया किया हो। [Note 1] सूची में प्रत्येक देश की आबादी का वह प्रतिशत दिया गया है जो इंटरनेट उपभोक्ता हैं। यह अनुमान घरेलू सर्वेक्षण और इंटरनेट सदस्यता डेटा से प्राप्त किए जाते हैं। [4] यह डेटा ITU से प्राप्त किया गया है।[4]

सभी संयुक्त राष्ट्र सदस्य राज्य सूचीबद्ध हैं। ताइवान, जो एक विवादित क्षेत्र है, यहाँ एक संप्रभु देश के रूप में दर्शाया गया है।
